Compact Double Piston Gear, Rack Type Structure, Precise Tooth, Smooth Transmission, Stable Output torque.
Cylinder body for extruded aluminum alloy, and hard anodic oxidation treatment, surface texture hard, strong wear resistance.
Same specifications have double - acting type and single - acting type (spring return).
The moving parts of the piston and the output shaft are supported by wear-resistant materials to avoid direct contact between metal parts and reduce wear and friction.
Installation and connection dimensions are designed according to international ISO5211, DIN3337 and VDI/VDE3845, which can be interchangeable with ordinary pneumatic actuators.
Cylinder block, end cover, output shaft, spring, fasteners and so on are treated with anti-corrosion.
Output shaft installation connection hole has a variety of shapes (square hole, flat hole, shaft chain hole) for selection.
There are normal temperature type, high temperature type, low temperature type.。
The single - acting spring is easy to install and disassemble after pre - compression and has good safety.
